Anyways she makes entry as ACP guy's aunt who wants to marry Shivaay's sister. She get a duplicate of Shivaay lies to him that she is his mom and twin of Shivaay. Replaces him in Oberoi mansion after kidnapping Shivaay until they were exposed.

No I think it will be significant later because this Sheetal nurse is too busy and forget her duty which will later become a problem for Sai...as Pakhi is gonna file a case so inspection might not be ok....which will ultimately become a problem and may be ...

Sheetal nurse is the bike wali nurse? If yes, then very much possible. Because now they will have to start Satya and sai ka friendship so this will give it a push, once Patralekha files a complaint.
