If Sai is a cardiac surgeon why is she so poor ?

Today they showed Sai doing angioplasty..and seems like she regularly does it in this hospital

When she had been recruited she was trauma specialist

anyways I have a fair idea about this procedure.. the surgeons who conduct this operation.. which is very very common in India generally charge a decent amount for doing it ..

and any doctor employed by the hospital to do cardiac procedures should definitely be able to afford a car .. and pay rents easily

Yes virat is a DCP .. so they perks are immense ..but Sai moving around in auto with one jhola has to pass
