They can even show a post leap divorce done by mutual consent. Before Savi's revelation. Virat was quite clear he cares two hoots about Sai at that point. He was willing to let Sai leave for KK. That would been a logical point to show divorce.
Yes that would have been a logical point to show divorce .. that they signed papers and got divorced. .. as they had been living apart for years ..
But they never showed that .. Infact even during Vinayak custody it was mentioned she went away and was presumed dead .. hid my child .. the judge should have asked where’s your divorce . What is your status is child maintenance
The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, prohibits polygamy. The act specifies that at the time of the second marriage, none of the parties should be legally married, and both parties must end their previous marriage to remarry.
Since they never showed Sai n virat filing for a divorce .. PakRat marriage is not valid . if Virat and Sai are Hindu .. and pray to Bappa .. if both of them have converted to some other faith .. polygamy is allowed
If the first wife is abandoned or estranged, i.e., left without a divorce, it implies that the marriage is not annulled legally and the first wife and the children are still legal heirs. In such cases, the second marriage is illegal and the second wife does not hold any legal property rights on the husband’s inheritance or assets. However, the second wife’s children have the right to the patriarch’s property.
Since patralekha is kokhless abd Vinayak is Sai ka beta ., then Vinayak has a right to property
Patralekha has nothing whether virat is dead or alive
