This was a video during jayeshbai jordaar promotions. Ranveer went live on instagram and played some music in his car which he dances to and he does it to entertain those watching his insta live, he has done this many times throughout the years.

In the video he stopped and opened his window so he could interact with people in other cars/bikes.

He does it to spread joy and happiness to people

Good to see him back to his old self

Ranveer obviously isn’t a comedian, however studies on depression and metal illnesses show that one of the coping mechanisms sufferers use is to go out of their way to be overtly ‘happy’ and make others happy/laugh; it’s a way of disguising their own feelings and emotions. People that are always ‘on’, kind of like how Robin Williams was, are likely to be really struggling internally. Honestly, if this is true, he’s lucky to have a partner who is clued on enough to worry for him.
