in second part of precap Nirma goes to Sangram's haveli to tell him off for misbehaving with Bhoomi, then Sangram's mother replies to Nirma that she shouldn't talk about upbringings coz she couldn't/hasn't been a mother.

so, that can't be a coincidence.

the thakur haveli need waris,

so they are just making it look for now that Nirma is somebody else but she is kumud, they probably reveal it later.

plus that Kumud photo looked like Nirma.

like I said, they haven't got Nirma for nothing.
