Diljit Dosanjh's look from Imtiaz Ali's Chamkila

Watched a bit of Soorma last night. The scene where he is shot, the scene where he calls up his girlfriend after being paralyzed, to the scene he tries to walk again, so many moments of amazing acting that once again got no recognition at any award function. Not even in the critic's category. Diljit is probably one of the most underrated people in Bollywood right now.

Looking forward to this and his comedic work in "The Crew" with Tabu, Kareena, and Kriti.

I think he will make a comeback. There is a lot of hard work going into this movie. I think his best is yet to come.

Nothing can beat Jab We Met.

He also has the Jaswant Singh Khalra biopic lined up with the makers of Udta Punjab.

Not to mention "Detective Shergill" with Ali Abbas Zafar again, the maker of some of Bollywood's biggest hits like Sultan and Tiger Zinda hai in recent times.

He made Jogi with Ali Abbas Zafar ... he is an excellent actor, imo. He was also very good in Pillauri (with Anushka), Udta Punjab (with Kareena) and the 2 Punjabi movies Jatt&Juliet (1+2).

I haven't watched Soorma yet... will do as soon as possible (now on my list).

It is on Netflix. You do not want to miss it. His performance in the second half is awe-inspiring. That performance is more underrated in Bollywood than his work in even Jogi.
