good point on why she didnt tell Manish about Abhi's kasauli visit. May be she didnt want him to worry but her good intention of not wanting to hurt people will backfire again when Abhir starts with his docman jaap? But I suppose it isnt a big deal this time.

Didnt understand how she got back to normal right after finding out Manjari blocker her. It did affect her. Makers do this everytime, dont show her POV properly.
