When a birth parent is alive only with their permission you can adopt their kids

Here orhanage has done biggest crime to send CA as foster child when parent is alive and he knows her or how he would give her kapadiya mansion address without verifying about CA address

Second mistake anuj and anupama doing by keeping CA from her own mother and treating her like unwanted filth or below them and not letting her interact freely with her own child. Anupama is more busy to one upmanship over Maya with respect to CA. But she fails miserablly her as all know as soon as Mayaa goes off giving CA to maan, anupama will again run off to Shahs and leave CA at anuj and barkha mercy all life. Love cannot be developed over years you see, first time love is real love all others compromise. If anupama could never love or care for CA 6 months will she do that for next 20 years till she becomes independent adult.

This serial is only showing since Maan have more wealth and power they can steal others children from them. Nothing else and misbehave with their foster child parents on whom they have no rights atall. Only after 2 years marraige you can foster or adopt to avoid anupama kind issues. Anupama is yet to consider kapadityas as her home and family so why will she consider CA as daughter?

The only reason anupama is showing extra affection to CA is so CA does not go to Maaya. Finally she may heroically save CA from goons or accident and Maya will fall at her feet and say CA is all yours etc. you are only Maa. Anuj will be busy in office from 9am to 7pm or 8pm every day except sunda if hes truly business man and travelling too. Instead why hold the child as hostage in ego, let her go with birth mother. Birth mother no matter what work will love child over her work commitments she has no other family like anupama has Shahs or anuj has Mukku, ankush, GK

So how can we trust such a man to take care of a child especially girl child? Even if you want to borrow a pencil or newspaper from someone you show humility and gratitude and ask not behave like anupama and anuj after taking her child illegally

What sort of business man is anuj does he not know to check child has parent or not before fostering or adopting he has all resources and power

Totally agree! This is why, I am getting fed up with Maya going easy on them. This a month going in. Time to set both of them down and say, I agree to stay few days, possibly week or two with my child here so you both could have few more days to say good bye not rest of our lives here.🤦🏻‍♀️

The point is, I have my own life to live with my child. I want to go live it. I may have left my child with the orphanage for safe keeping until I got my life together, I didn’t give them the permission to put my child in foster care. I am here, this my baby, I am taking her home. There is no ends or buts about it.

She can farther say to Anuj you built a bond with my child, I would like to raise her with you as co-parent, jointly. You can visit her anytime you like, we can set up a calendar with a schedule where you can have her for visits.
We can make decisions together for as two parents. I would turn to Deviji and say, thank you for bringing my child in your home and trying to give her attention and time but you have shown time and time again, that my child is never your responsibility first but as a prop to save your marriages.
