Well Akshu is still scared about this secret coming out and how Abhi will react. Hiding the fact his kid survived is pretty big. So if Arohi wants to blackmail she could. Because Arohi likes to toy with people and she will have fun torturing Akshu. She did it with Abhi over the pregnancy issue.
