RAYA OS- In Sickness and In Health

Ram lay in bed, his head pounding with pain. He had been feeling unwell for a few days, and today it had finally caught up with him. He had called in sick to work and stayed in bed all day, feeling too weak to move.

Priya walked into the room, a tray of hot soup in her hands. She placed the tray on the nightstand and sat down next to Ram on the bed. "How are you feeling?" she asked, a look of concern on her face.

Ram sighed. "Not great. My head is killing me and I feel like I have no energy."

Priya frowned. "I'll go get you some pain medicine. You just rest and I'll be right back." She quickly left the room and returned a few minutes later with a glass of water and some pills. She helped Ram sit up and gave him the medicine.

"Thanks, Priya," Ram said, lying back down. "I really appreciate you taking care of me."

Priya smiled. "Of course. That's what friends are for."

Ram closed his eyes and let out a deep breath. "I just feel so helpless. I'm not used to being sick."

"You just need to rest and let your body heal," Priya said. "I'll be here to take care of you."

Priya sat with Ram for a while, talking and keeping him company. She also made sure he was comfortable and had everything he needed. As the day went on, Ram started to feel a little better. The medicine was starting to take effect, and he was able to fall into a fitful sleep.

Priya stayed by his side, watching over him. She felt a sense of satisfaction in taking care of her friend. It was a small thing, but she knew it meant a lot to Ram.

As the sun began to set, Ram woke up. He felt a little better and was able to sit up on his own. "Thanks, Priya," he said, smiling. "You really helped me feel better today."

"I'm just glad I could be here for you," Priya said. "Do you need anything else?"

Ram shook his head. "I think I'll be okay now. I just need a good night's sleep."

Priya nodded. "If you need anything, just let me know." She leaned down and gave Ram a hug, then left the room, closing the door quietly behind her.

Ram lay in bed, feeling grateful for Priya's kindness. He had never felt so cared for and loved. He closed his eyes and let himself drift off to sleep, feeling thankful for such a good friend.

The next day, Ram was feeling much better. He was able to get out of bed and go to work. He felt grateful for Priya's help and care. She had made all the difference in his recovery, and he would never forget her kindness. From that day on, Ram and Priya became even closer friends, and their bond only grew stronger.
