I belive in Kantaben Supremacy

She is my favorite character.... infact the only character with an upward character graph. Like she was never a bad person but like the 80s and 80s mother's she too taught her daughter to put up with in-laws etc etc... but she did changed unlike her daughter. Unlike Anupamaa she is sweet and smart not stupid and push over

She was proud of her daughter for standing up on her feet, didn't support her living with the Shahs after divorce, the pride on her face when Vanraj served Anupamaa at his Cafe (now in Narnia). She would respect Vanraj as her son-in-law but the moment she found about his cheating... she has been stern with him and rightly so. Despite having a mom like this what's the obsession with Baa.... why couldn't Kanta do the kanya daan

Infact she has been my favorite ever since she called out Baa and Bapuji (During Toshu-Kinju wedding) she stood up even when Baa was like oh we thought you knew as bahu goes out all the time nowdays (no accountability for her son..... this is what bugs me about this show no accountability for men as if it's common for them to cheat... Anuj has a problem with Sushmaa's profession but won't called Ankush out. Infact in some ways the man's cheating is blamed on the wife.... Vanraj never loved Anupamaa so he can cheat on her.... on their marital bed with a woman who befriended his wife.... Kinjal is pregnant so Toshu can cheat (just one mistake mummy)... Ankush finds Barkha overbearing as she asks him to earn cause he doesn't want her help in business so he cheats.... and these men are acting like Maaya and Sushmaa are terrible women cause of their alleged professions (alleged since they didn't really show what they actually do). Sorry I drifted off topic in the end

Btw guys I like this forum more than the show lol infact I think I am watching the show to come on the forum.

I have to agree with your post. I have watched few clips of Kanta on YouTube and loved her for standing up for her daughter even though, her daughter didn’t deserve it nor would appreciate her mother.
Anuj/Ankush have no problem sleeping and being around these types of woman in bars or strip clubs of India because they see them as beneath their standard. These types of woman are worthy of good time call but outside of this in their eyes they are considered dirty and less human because they choose to earn their living in this life style.

These are the type of woman, like I said are for fun, but not the types to bring home to meet your family, meet your mother, marry or build a family with so of course they will look down on them.
