What happened to Vanraj's cafe?

Did I miss anything.... didn't he have a cafe? If Toshu wants to feed people do it in the cafe....

The Michelin starred chef they hired, failed to replicate AnupaMAA trademark dishes like thepla quesadilla, dhokla sandwich, halwa cake, speshal keto burger etc. People only wanted to eat those things. Hence, it ended the way most tracks in the show do....without a satisfying conclusion

I thought when anuj was introduced, Mr shah was trying to sell that cafe property to anuj. And anuj even came to see the place. They never mentioned if anuj ended up buying that or not.
