You guys remember 'Yeh Meri Life Hai' on Sony a couple of years ago?
There was a similar storyline.
The main lead (Ronit)'s father had loved some other woman in the past, before marriage, and slept with her too, and the result was Ashmit.
Ronit's gf (Pooja, the main lead) was married to Ashmit, and Ashmit tried to destroy Ronit's family, but Ronit's dad put sindoor on Ashmit's mom (who was in the ICU and died soon after) and then they all lived like a family.
SP is like that too.
Only difference is that Saloni actually wants to help Kalika and accept her.
I think that Kalika will also maybe try and destroy the family, and Shama will recover somehow and tell Kalika to to behave and die (end it then and there) and the she will turn good and bond with everyone
