Anyway, what i meant was that even if Vinu goes on stand and says that i want to be with Pakhi mumma and some other stuff about how she is such a nice person and stuff, the court will both the sides and consider things like how Pakhi kidnapped him and how she illegally became the surrogate and how she is a dangerously insane then obviously the judge would grant the custody to Sai. Provided, everything is proved by Sai and her lawyer.

again what i explained above is a logical and realistic scenario and mostly likely will play in Sai’s favour, but it’s not gonna happen in the show coz It’s a tv show and that too a negative one and i don’t have any expectations coz lately they’ve been showing utter nonsense so I don’t hope much.

Scenarios are logical for Sai to get custody of her kids. But then we forget we are not the writers of this story, Vankar is. He will write every track ending up for Pakhi Virat, Chavans to gain and Sai to loose. Since they know audience will watch for Sai, so they will just torture her, make her loose and enjoy the negative hype for TRPs
