I think so because, pakhi has to lose it all. that is the narrative. Vinu had chosen Sai when no one was aware of sai's existence. if he knows sai is his mother, he will run to her. Pakhi had emotional hold on him. When things go south, he will seek his real Mother. I think Vinu will get sick now.

If Savi who without any head n tail is shown so obsessed with Virat that wanted him as baba only despite not knowing he is not her baba- why Vinu can not want to be with his real mother? That too after knowing he was not abandoned but accidentally separated and his mother loves him and craves for him.

If they show otherwise that child will be done n dusted for viewers. As is he is not liked much due to surrogacy.

yes i am guessing it will come. The family will want Sai to come and treat him. pakhi will not. and there ends her mamta.
