Yes, he's selfish. How can he jump to any conclusions without knowing the truth? Even a convict can't be called a culprit until he / she is proved guilty. So, how can Anuj call Maaya a fraud?

Well said. Acting crazy, and holding on to her, will not change the fact, he isn’t the father yet. The bio mom is standing in front of you saying, I am ready to do DNA testing. What rational-thinking parent wouldn’t agree to get one.🤦🏻‍♀️ Even the court will order DNA testing to rule out maternity issues.

Maya isn’t stupid she herself came prepared. Has documents to prove her case. She mostly likely talked to a family law attorney about getting her daughter back. She mostly likely has one on retainer. She knows her rights.

They are judging Maaya for leaving CA at an orphanage without evening knowing her story but will give a thousand petty excuses for their own neglect towards CA. Keeping a child with you and neglecting them is not called fostering.

Their claims about being CA's parents are quite laughable.

He is just desperate I guess, would go through any length to keep CA from leaving. Like if I saw a mother yearning for her child as a human my reaction would be to sympathise with her not point fingers at her or accuse her right away.

She wasn’t missing in foster care with family is a difference, first. Most parents are aware their child will be in foster care until they get their life together. Most foster families and case workers know the goal is always reunification of the parents with their child. Which is best for the child in long run.

It could be she was out of the country working and when she found out that her child was with foster family, she decide to keep track of how the family was treating her. Once she realized that both foster parent, especially the mother was too busy dealing with her own kid's issues and neglecting her, she decided to return back and get her child. I wouldn’t blame her. I would do the same.

Whatever the reason being, she is Ca’s bio mother if proven with DNA and wants her child back than she should get her child back. Maya has the means, money to take care of her child now that she didn’t have 7 years ago when she left her child in their foster system.

I feel its more than his selfishness his insecurity being an orphan is triggering. As he knows the pain of staying in that orphanage. He is emotional and thinks that maya was careless and irresponsible like his parents as maya does not want to reveal why she left anu in the orphanage.

Anuj also might have questions to ask his parents which he could not due to not meeting his parents but that frustration came out when he saw maya who is quoting blood relation and talks about taking away his kid whom he loves more than anything. If anu really chooses maya over him because maya loves her more than him he may feel bad initially but i feel anuj will let her go once he gets some assurance from maya that she really had a good reason to abandon her child. But if he gets to know maya had a selfish reason for leaving ca then anuj will not leave her at any cost. For now maya's reasoning for CA remains a mystery as she is taking too much time to reveal it. I hope writers give a strong reason if they really want to justify maya's reasoning.

I was bothered by this too. Even the judge will listen to reason from both sides before deciding. I so wanted Maya to say you want to talk about parenting and proceed to let them know about maa’s own neglect of her foster child for her kids and family.

Reminded Anuj of how his wife’s daughter and ex-mother-in-law mistreated the child, he loves so much but he and his wife stood around doing nothing.

Maya can further say at that time and place, I was not in shape to take care of my child or her safety so I decided to temp put her in an orphanage. The people over there knew that and the reason why. Nothing more or less for now.

Next time she enters the house she needs to bring her lawyer with her. I would.

i do not know how foster care works as i have never been in a place which had these organizations as here its majorly big cities will have them. But will foster care and orphanage will be same ? And if yes in foster care is it not the responsiblity of a person who handles the kid to inform them about her parents. Its bit confusing for me to understand why CA always though herself to be an orphan as if in foster care the ultimate goal is unite the family the kid should be well aware of her parents isn't it as some day kid has to accept her parents.

When anuj was explaining he always said its an orphanage and i did not understand why he did not adopted CA rather he became a foster parent. And i read some article which said a kid can not be adopted unless it's parents puts it for adoption may be that guy notified maya about CA for being adopted hence she realized she has to get back and take CA with her as i remember recently anuj mentioned he can not wait to adopt CA.

Which explains why Maya came after all these years.

I feel it's not about money. If it was really about money she could have just confessed it infront of maan in today's episode. There is some mystery around why she left CA and why she came back all of sudden and why she needs CA desperately because she just revealed it to her without even thinking. I have some hopes from writers they will answer all these questions but i also know my hopes will shatter in small pieces 😆
