Now I must comment that Neena Gupta makes comments now and then that BW isn’t always fair to older women. But then she had this tv show where she could showcase her kid. It’s hard to Reconcile or it’s to take her comments/complaints seriously after that.

She had posted about wanting to work on Instagram once and it went viral and became a topic of discussion everywhere. I think even she herself said that her post was more her announcing that she’s available for work and not some desperate plea for anyone to give her work. There was also a mini controversy around that Tapsee and Bhumi movie where a lot of make up and special effects were used to make them look old and I think Neena Gupta had questioned why the roles couldn’t go to older artists to begin with. Like I said, her career got a jump start after Badhai Ho so she’s probably gonna be ok. But generally speaking it can’t be easy for artists her age to find good work, or even work.

Well then as a fully realised adult, she obviously knows what she wants? Whatever her choices are, it’s clearly a *choice*. It’s shifty & completely shitty of Richards but not really as much for Neena Gupta who was young & unattached. They’ve all clearly moved past it, the wife is very much in the know obviously & he’s very much a part of Masaba’s life now, so it hardly matters today.
