Hypocrisy of Maan the parents

Maan are feeling insecure and suddenly developed extra love towards CA because her real mom has come back. Where was this love when Baa, toshu and pakhi were abusing her before in front of anuj and anupama eyes.

OK first fostering a child does not mean adoption

You ca only foster a child from birth tilll it becomes big and adult yet not have rights on child

Foster child is not your child you are just helping it grow up and have a normal family kind atmosphere

I have know family or people (hubby wife or hubby wife with kids or only single parent) in india and other country who foster kids, they do not have legal rights like adopted parents

Very poor kids are left in orphanage in india because parent cannot afford 2 square meals or husband is drunkard or too many kids at home or many be threat in slums of rape for girl child in india from own family and neighbours so they leave in orphanage a child so it has better chance once grown up. Every child gets a grant from both state governments and central govermnments per annum in orphanage or NGO. Hence to get that money atleast these orphanages and NGOs take in poor kids or kids whom parent or family may not want etc. Whether they spend those 100% grant on that child is another question going by condition of orphanages or NGos in india. USA, canada also same every child whose orphan or foster or unwell like mentally unwell or physically unwell gets thousands of dollars every month and foster parent or orhanage can claim that in USA or canada or even india. That is major reason whyy orphanage or NGO show interest to foster or adopt child money is honey

This happens in very big city like mumbai, bangalore, chennai where parents or mother leaves their child in orphanage at birth or later as 3 year or 5 year old or more. That does not mean parent is bad or mother is bad and hates her child. Like its shown in anupama with Maayaaaaaaaaa.

They do not become your children, my known family themselves fostered a child when i was a small kid. He stayed from 6 years to 23 years at their home as foster kid as his parents are very poor cannot afford education or clothing. To improve his life my uncle got him from orphanage home and took care of him more better than own kids he left at 23 years his home. Hes not my uncles son he has his own parents and siblings. They just fostered him my uncle aunty or his kids have no legal rights on him. Out of gratitude some foster kids will keep visiting their foster parents houses after leaving and treat them as like family or in india 70% foster kids will rarely visit foster parent home they just walk off back to own life after getting job or back to own family. Only 30% will visit. Thats how fostering works go and ask in NGO or orphanage.

To be honest maan are fostering a child shes not adopted CA. Because if parent alive you have to take written permission to waive off all legal rights. But parents will usually not waive off rights in any country that easily they want child back once its educated 21 years etc. In india all illegal things take place like they will pay parents and make them sign off custody of child. In USA if parent do not want child they will give for adoption and waive off legal rights.

No parent in world usually waives off rights of their child easily. Its out of majboori like they have 4 kids to feed so one child they take money and waive rights off in india. Its not willing just majboori ka fayda uthana. Once usually child becomes independent 21 years or 23 years its start getting curious whose my parent why they left me and trace back their mom dad or siblings. No matter how nice foster parent is or adopted parent is every child is curious to know who gave birth to it. Most try to find information many family very few will get details and go to their parents and help them later on in life.

The way they are showing in this serial will make CA grudge and hate Maan later on in life. If they show hatred towards her real mom just because she came back after 6 years to stake claim. I know parent who have come 23 years later and taken foster kid away from foster parents or adopted parents in india. That too happens. Even in USA i know a person who traced his mother after 26 years although hes adopted by other parents and he meet her regularly and thinks shes his mother. He even calls her husband father and his step sibling he treats like own siblings.

After an person becomes adult no adopted parent or foster parent can stop person from meeting own family or own parent. Only till 18 years you can control child like Maan are trying to do now.

Its same as your kids till they are not economcially independent you can dictate them how to live after that they do what they want and give two hoots what you say. Same is for adopted or foster kid after 18. They can go meet own parent or start thinking own parents as mom dad etc no law in world can stop that.

Sadly i think Maayaa is better mom to CA in long term than with toxic anupama and shahs or even spineless father anuj kapadiya. If Maan truly considered CA as real daughter they would not allow Shahs to treat her badly or take time to play spend with her than always going to resolve Shahs toilet issues and garbage woes. Look at upbringing this anupama has given her 3 kids 2 selfish manipulative brats and once useless spineless doubting samar. CA will become next anupama after becoming big if she stays with anupam anad anuj. Look at how anuj treated Mukku and left her with predetor vanraj and walked off insted of saving his sister. Such man is unfit to be father of a daughter. Indian socciety is bad towards girls and daughters above that CA is orhan will be always shown as greatful to maan and shahs and pressed under their gratitude. Already she displays sign of gratitude many times by not complaining like normal own kids like school dance time. Its best shes brought up by Maya as own mother nnever make her feel any gratitude. I love your post. You are the right about foster systems in USA. I know of one young lady who I worked with who was with her foster mother until she turned 16 and decided to run away. She said her foster mother used her and her five other foster siblings as income. Each child will bring you up to $1,800 a month depending on which state you lived in plus, food stamps and all government assistance from both federal and state. It is a business here in USA.

As for CA, Maya Should get her child back, Anu can’t protect her, raise her, neglect is all she has done and will do. This fake concern she is showing is because she is afraid of her bank account leaving her after Ca is gone.
