I'm not rooting for them, but I'm definitely not rooting for Bakhtawar and Dilawar becoming an end game. If they're trying to do this then they're greatly failing in doing so since, as a viewer, I don't want them to end together. Out of two options, I'll pick Bakhtawar and Ahad.

I think Dilawar and Bakhtawar are going to be endgame but from the scenes I've seen (haven't followed the entire journey), Ahad seems like an honest and good guy. He accepted Bakhtawar's rejection with grace in the beginning and kickstarted her journey to freedom. That's a big deal and from that moment, I rooted for him. Maybe, they butchered his character along the way or he did something toxic but I haven't watched enough to know that.

I agree, from the promo, I also got the impression that they'll make Bakhtawar and Dilawar and endgame. It is ridiculous because if they wanted to do this then they could have added more scenes between Dilawar and Bakhtu and then Dilawar and Bakhtawar so that viewers may also start rooting for them. I recently watched a Chinese TV series Cute Programmer in which the girl works in the software house of a guy in the disguise of a male programmer as the company does not recruit female programmers. The point where it is revealed that she's actually a girl, it was already established through many scenes that the guy cares for her a lot. The same could have been achieved through more scenes between Dilawar and Bakhtu in Bakhtawar.

As for Ahad, I agree that he has done way more than Dilawar. Somehow, their triangle reminds me of the triangle of Rangeela movie. A childhood friend who does a lot for the girl and a dashing and rich boss who gives her a career. I want the same ending too and want the girl to choose the childhood friend over the boss.

Watched the last episode, glad that its ended..

The show could have been much better if execution was improved and it was not dragged that much..

Anyways, ending was good.. glad that they ended Bakhtawar with Ahad, not Dilawar..

It would have been much better without so much dragging in the middle. However, glad they showed a sensible ending but I felt it was too preachy.

Is it just me or did Dilawar's face fall a little when Bakhtawar called him her 'mentor' because I'm quite confident he had romantic feelings for her, or thought he did?

Yes, you're right.. they showed that Dilawar started having feelings for her, but she liked him only out of respect.. in the end, the way he ignored the journalist's question about marriage also suggests this.. I wanted the ending exactly this way.. as I told you before about the ending of Rangeela movie, in that too, the girl only respected the boss who had feelings for her, but when she chose her childhood friend over him, he graciously accepted her decision as Dilawar accepted Bakhtawar's decision..
