It's not ill treatment it's ashique ka pyar with which ekam got spellbound and not wanted ashique like advait not crying nehmat so his focus shifted from nehmat😆

( e.g., Advait's wedding getting media coverage, Nehmat's charitable activities are highlighted on the news channel). Also, Shamsher doesn't seem to be having any strong political rivals, so no one will really bother to censor Advait's life 24*7. Most of the time paparazzi try to follow politicians only during election season.

However, If someone really calls for media then Advait will have to face many issues.

Ekam can accept nehmat he went against his mom dad for her. Nehmat will not leave advait as she is mahaan pativrata it will happen when harleen marriage truth out. Wondering when they planning to take out truth of naaz suicide threat behind admat marriage. May when no way back to advait
