I agree, their treatment of Ankush and Barkha is super discriminatory in comparison to the Shahs. The Shahs have done FAR WORSE THINGS and gotten away with it and became besties also with Anuj. Anupama has shown a clear bias towards the Shahs, but what was surprising was Anuj's behaviour and agreement to this.

Anupama has mentioned on many a occasions about maayke-sasural ke rishton ko sambhalna. To Kinjal about maayke-sasural ki baaton ko idhar ka udhar nahin karna and ALL that.

Surprisingly, Anupama ke sasural (Kapadia) ka kaunsa rishta bacha hain?

Apne sasuralwalon ko maaykewalon ke samne beizzat kiya woh theek tha? Sasural ki saari baatein toh maayke (Shah House) tak khud laate hain.

yes a person has choice whether or not to work but then they should not expect others to fund them or at least be good with whatever they are provided with. Paakhi has so much attitude for what, because her main role in their marriage is to manipulate Adhik, go out to parties, and order take out with Adhik’s hard earned money without his permission? If she doesn’t want to work, then I think she shouldn’t complain about how much Adhik is earning through his effort or be careless with his money.

I guess I wish Paakhi and Adhik had been mature enough to discuss all this before getting married because for either of them to have just assumed that the other wouldn’t work after marriage would have been wrong. They are both allowed to have their choices but shouldnt expect the other to have to suffer because of it. Things should have been crystal clear before they even chose to enter the marriage.

And again my major problem with Paakhi is her nasty attitude of belittling her husband because he wants to take care of his finances while she wants to splurge, and of course not respecting anyone in her life if they provide no financial/social value to her.

Call me names, but I dont support women not working. We like it or not, the world runs on money. And who makes it matters. That shifts the power balance. It is not a priviledge that woman was given this ‘choice’. It’s brainwashing and manipulative oppression to make woman think it’s a choice. It’s a loop. Men gets to treat women in whatever way they want because where would the woman go anyways ? Also, as a mother I think it’s our duty to ensure even if no one else is supporting me, at worst possible scenario also, I can, AT ANY INSTANCE, support feeding my child and providing shelter to my child.

Women fought for their rights to work for 100s of years. I am going to continue supporting that.

Then that is a contradiction isn't it? When she has made it clear on multiple occasions, why has no Kapadia debated it, Anuj included? A big contradiction being how he behaved and spoke of Barkha in the first 2-3 episodes Maa samaan Bhabhi, Adhik aur mujhme zyada antar nahin tha toh naam se hi bulane bola etc.... cut two Mr.Kapadia goes to Barkha's room to "warn" her after one instance where Barkha taunted Anupama. Is that how he would have treated "Maa samaan Bhabhi"?

There are 4 house wives in anupama mayka and sasural only who are very contradictory by nature

1) Kavya: She wants to do outside work but not so much house work (which is ok given that nowadays office work involves 10 to 12 hours not 8 hours like before and travel of 2 to 3 hours everyday)

2) Kinjal: Who likes outside work and does in house work without beig told like kavya (which is also ok as shes young 28 year old)

mazak ki baat nahi hai for a woman above 35 ya 40 years ke upaar you work in office 10 to 12 hoyuras plus travel 3 hours in rush traffic than slog 3 hours in kitchen at night (before 2000s work was only 8 hours no much traffiic too so 1 hour travel 8 hour work hota tha, but now its 10-12 hour work and 3 hour travel;s you see everyday). Our moms could work both house and office only because they worked 8 hours not 12 hours like us in office. That too after 35 ya 40 years a woman starts getting health issues aur usko woh takat nahi rehti like a 18 year old anupama ya 28 year old kinjal.

3) Anupama: Anupama used to work 14 hours in shah house kitchen and house from 5am to midnight. Even at 45 years if she go shah house she still can work 14 hours But in kapadiya house shes only busy handling office and going shah house usko ghar kaam mai koi interest nnahi diktha. Which is ok if she had not done so much for shahs and so little for her 2nd hubby and family. Yahan bias diktha hai anupama ka as a wife and mother and bau ki usko sirf shah house main interest hai na ki kapadiya ghar sambhalne mien. Imagine your mom goes does back breaking work in her mayka refuses to even cook or feed you in your dad home will a child not go wild at mommy of course hungama ho jatha na? Or will any father or hubby keep quiet at this attitude of anupamas towards his house and child? Koi hota toh 2nd day bhadak jatha biwi pe uske bacche ki maa pe. Bas anuj saint hai vishwamitra bhi abh tak shrap de detha anupama ko ki shah house bhul jaho LOL par yeh anuj gandhiji ka 3 monkey bana phir raha hai

I also do not think like kavya kinjal this anupama does much work in any office. Kaam karne ke liye office main kuch aan abhi jahiye isse toh abc nahi hata hoga office work ka excel ya pdf doc chodo isse word main joh english likha hai usko padna bhi nahi ayega. So which donkey employee will go and give her any work or tell her any issue usko kuch nahi ayega resolve karna office project ka ya finance ka ya employee isue ka kyunki she do not know project handling ya finance ya business laws ya employee laws (sales, marketing, hr, finance and laws and project management degree required to handle all that) .

Even in dance academy she just goes 1-2 hours 10 hours samar sambhalta hoga yeh nahi. Yeh bas muh dikhayi ke liye jathi hogi. I know some ppl who run dance or yoga they never go their juniors go teach etc yeh bhi 45 years ko yahi karegi aur kya. May be 1 or 2 hours she go to dance academy actually to see how samar handing all , majority seniors yahi karthe hain business main. Kapadiya empire this anuj and ankush make all decisions only busness is in her name and dance academy samar handles just name its hers. Her main work is to visit shah house only everyday till morning to night aur wahan ka kaam karna.

4) Barkha: Abhi this barkah must be 48 years old. Shes angry that being so educated she never got post in ankush or anuj company but this uneducated anupama become direct CEO of kapadiyas. Jaal bhun ke mari ja rahi hai andhar se. Toh koi bewakoof jhoru ka ghulam anuj kaadiya pakad liya hota na us bhudimana ankush se shaadi kyun ki is aurat ne. Ankush ko pata hai yeh kuch kaam nahi karthi uski aur adhik kio uthak bhaitak karathi hai toh agar yeh CEO bangay toh ankush ki waat laga degi. Ideally you must not give spouse too much rights on your office otherwise too keep office and house separate. Wrana ghar pe bhi biwi(ya pati ka for women) ki hukumat aur office main bhi usi ka hukumat(ya hubby ka in woman case) Kaun bardasth karega bhai.

Imagine roz yeh bill gates ki biwi ya steve jobs ki biwi unke office jahe interrfere kare woh toh pagal ho jathe 100 billion business chodo woh toh diwala ho jathe depression main chale jathe. Koi business man ab tak itna hai bewakoof nai mostly. The keep wife out of office. And if wife has business keep hubby out thats all. Tabhi success suk chen milta hai. Do you think infosys or wipro the owners wife for example are not highly qualified they are engineers too but unko koi post nahi hai infosys ya wipro main nahi they are biggest share holders. Same for microsoft apple amazon etc their spouses must be highly qualified but not given ownership or any posts. Rule only there that hubby wife cannot work in same dept or under each other for a reason

I absolutely agree with this.... to earn or not to earn is not an option in today's world.

I get your frustrations with Anupama made directly the CEO. However I request you again not to bring real people in arguments and put real people down for the sake of arguments. Do you know who the wife (now ex) of Bill Gates is? Her name is Melinda and she is a computer scientist. She worked on a very high post on Microsoft even before she met Bill. In fact they both fell in love in office. She continued working after marriage too. Sudha Murthy is the chairperson of Infosys, she too goes to office.
