In general for any over the counter supplements - People should consult Dr. about it ( need/ dosage etc ) Before consuming.

How can common public be so naive in this digital era w/o consulting doctor regarding such products? 😕

These protein powders have heavy metals , no wonder gym goers were having heart attacks and liver complaints.

Herbalife toh kafi purana hai. And it was always known to be sort of a ponzi scheme.

Seeing gym goers' fate (esp actors) in the last 2 years, people really need to be wary of these protein powders.

Body building ke naam pe jaan mat gawao.

Oh I never ever EVER buy anything that stars endorse!!! It’s 1 rule I follow. 😆😆 They endorse anything for money. And their products & the ones they endorse, are COMPLETE RUBBISH.

As a top sportsman though, Kohli should’ve been careful about what he endorses. But am not surprised at all- They all endorse anything if enough money is thrown their way.
