A lot of people in the Ahuja family have a lisp, if he ends up having one it will hurt his career more than any dance skills will.

Plus there are many celebs who have overcome this issue...Pakistani actress Maya Ali had lisp which was more prominent earlier, I think she's had therapy because it's not as distracting as it used to be before. And she is successful too.
