This is conflict of interest. Husband or wife cannot report to each other. Kinjal doesnt work at her family business but actually works for someone else so how can her husband report to her? No, she went to her mother's place to live and not to work. She already had a job but took maternity leave. This is conflict of interest and nothing more.
In one of the episode Kinjal said she will be working with her mom moving forward so it’s easy for her to take care of the baby. It was one of the recent episode before pakhi’s sangit fiasco.
