This is conflict of interest. Husband or wife cannot report to each other. Kinjal doesnt work at her family business but actually works for someone else so how can her husband report to her? HR rules nahi hai shayad uss company mein. Stupid makers dont know anything about real world. Bus mein aur mera YRKKH and Anupama

On a serious note, what was the point of Toshu's EMA, sanjana and that those episodes of kinjal screaming that she'd divorce him, the naming ceremony function coming to a halt etc?! 🤔

Wasn't she going to join her mom? In that case Toshu will be back at Dave's Coaching.

No, she went to her mother's place to live and not to work. She already had a job but took maternity leave. This is conflict of interest and nothing more.

In one of the episode Kinjal said she will be working with her mom moving forward so it’s easy for her to take care of the baby. It was one of the recent episode before pakhi’s sangit fiasco.
