Battle Of Galwan Might Be Postponed
Tay Tay punched me in the guts
"Did you hear my covert narcissism
I disguise as altruism like some kind of congressman?"
But 1 and 4 also hit hard.
Obviously 3rd one is me.

It's ok to be clumsy , we all r in one way or another, most r good at hiding it.
Maybe someone used to have in your life who used to shame or blame you front of others in the name of so called guidance and instill this nature of self doubt and self image issues.
Don't judge yourself. You are a being and a soul a human being and this is more than enough, provided you do not harm others or been mean to them and means well for others.
Do you know me???
Every point you just stated is true 😱
The anxiety issues
The part about someone blaming me in the name of guidance. It happened when I was a teenager so all the stuff that they said is stuck in my head. Very difficult to forget it but im trying. I am also working on being kinder to myself. Whenever I mess up these days I remind myself that this happens to everyone. Its helping.
1) and 9)
1>9.. So voted for 1
If something goes wrong/ I get emotionally hurt by someone, I get distant very easily. I would feel absolutely nothing for that person, even if at some point that person had an important place in my life. I would just slowly make the distance wider and end things. Though this happens in extreme cases but I really feel I need to work on that. :(
I am extremely awkward socially. Like extremely! In real life, I need to mix up with people more. I like to stay in my "comfort zone" only.

The events maybe different but the triggers are all same for all of us, so don't consider yourself suffering alone.
The shaming culture is too popular in South Asian region in the name of elders' guidance, it creates a very harmful self doubt which emotionally paralysed one, and harms the sense of self as well.
You need some tools to overcome it.
I will strongly suggest to practice the following eft (emotional freedom technique) everyday, hardly takes 10 minutes, proven by science, it sheds all the fear, confusion, pain and anger from the amygdala which stores all these emotions in the brain, through tapping the meridian points. More effective then medicines.
Just close your eyes , think about all of the painful unsettling issues in spur of a minute and then start using this videos.
Focus on whatever comes in your mind during the tapping.
Results in 3 months.
Consistency is the key here !!

Clearly seems like trust issues here.
(I maybe wrong but seems like something major happened in the childhood or at earlier stages of life).
Try the below video of tapping, it will help within 3 months.
Use the emotional freedom eft video as well daily I posted above.
Sending you lots of love dear Charu :)

Thank you so much dear.. 🤗 Will definitely watch the video later tonight.
I am too hard on myself. I am full of self doubt and feel that I am not good enough or whatever I do isn’t good enough.
I also do not open up easily. Even to my closest friends and I know that it’s not right because my friends share all their troubles with me. I am highly empathetic so it’s very easy for people to talk to me about their troubles but I find it hard to share my feelings with others.
The above two are my biggest flaws but obviously I have several more.
