This will pass the message to each brain cell, tissue and nerve in your body and mind and you will see the permanent results instantly and in the long run as well, does not take any effort or time as well.
(I strongly suggest watching other videos as well from this channel of Param sir, he is amazing and provides wonderful easy ways to live a much better life)
Ps: I changed the subject to a better word from flaws to struggles.

I’m joking I have lots of flaws. I over think things some time
Too hard on myself. Im also very clumsy. Not the cute clumsy which they show in the movies. The one where I did not notice the wall that was right in front of my eyes and bumped into it. The one where I thought a random group was my friend group and almost went and sat with them😐
@ Bold - Reminds me of my friend. I've never seen someone who gets so many little cuts/bruises as much as her. She cannot be non-clumsy even if her life depended on it 😭

I have too many flaws, but the closest one from this list is I value my opinion too much 😆 and I have major trust issue and I’m very controlling.. I must remain in control all the time and that kind of impacts my love life and I’m also kind of manipulative and have anger issue 😂 😂😂
I live in the past and can’t seem to enjoy nor move forward because the feeling of nostalgia and regret suffocates me.
For example I was in Pakistan on vacation for 10 days. The 2nd day there I took a call from my dad and like he suggested I should do something. An well the rest of my trip wasn't ruined (but I was mentally effed up thinking about what he had said). I could hardly enjoy the trip.

Maybe a sense of over commitment.
Burden of responsibility and taking your image in the family way too seriously to not let them disappoint which makes you over think.
Overly worrying is not good in the long run, health wise as well.
Remind yourself this, make notes on paper so that it can come out of your mind/system.
Make small goals everyday, attain them, write them, it will take off most of the burden from your mind.

Most of these tbh. But my biggest flaw is that I actually like to live in my own bubble with a high steel wall and barbed wires around me, where noone can hurt me, but then noone even knows the real me. My grandparents are currently my entire world, and I genuinely don't feel like I need anyone else's validation beyond them, but they won't be there forever, and that scares me 😶
If something goes wrong/ I get emotionally hurt by someone, I get distant very easily. I would feel absolutely nothing for that person, even if at some point that person had an important place in my life. I would just slowly make the distance wider and end things. Though this happens in extreme cases but I really feel I need to work on that. :(
I am extremely awkward socially. Like extremely! In real life, I need to mix up with people more. I like to stay in my "comfort zone" only.
