MAA is going to college, soon even professors and peons will be jobless. Even college canteen will shutdown. Coz Maa will make chai nashta for all students, n then will teach them all subjects.
Will go to office during lunchbreak and run Kapadia empire and later go to shah house to make dinner and look after kinjal/Baa/Baby/Mr. Shah/Bapuji/Bachche and will call Anuj to warm khichdi and take his medicines with khichdi.

Sometimes in younger women if the growth is benign they do conservative surgeries means remove only the affected ovary…so not entirely impossible that she may have one ovary and uterus
Obviously here they mentioned it was cancer so probably malignant, hence it wont be scientifically accurate.
But they show so many irrational things, this one at least the audience will like.
