This is totally me! Never depend on anyone, be happy with your own comapny.. People will come and go once they reach their expiry date in your life. Ofcourse cherish everything till it lasts but don't depend on anything or anyone, ever!

Yes exactly! People will come and go but u will remain the one constant throughout. Don't lose yourself seeking others. Welcome others but don't get too attached... That's what I've learnt.

Also being selfish is not that bad. Sometimes, if not always, u need to make yourself ur first priority.

Khair, Smoke to mai waise bhi kar raha hoon aajkal. But i have reduced it considerably. I only have it now when i really need it (mostly one per day). Warna to bina need ke bhi ho jaati thi... Like timepass thing. But i will gradually reduce it till i completely quit it. And then won't start it again to give company to friends! Ek baar shuru hoti hai to pata hi nahi chalta kab aadat ban gayi

I do understand what you mean. It may not be easy. May be because I am naturally like this since I was a kid, I don't find it that difficult. I wish I could tell you how to do it though!
