Yes, they are the lessons of life after spending it, going through a roller coaster of emotions, experiences, perceptions, decoding the delusions, tearing apart the illusions and finally accepting/stop-resisting the hardcore reality.

Yes, I can understand..... only the person who has gone through a lot in life and has also paid attention to what is happening internally and externally, can fully appreciate how precious some of these quotes are. ❤️

Reading this somewhere when I was down in the dumps many years ago changed my life.
