since da topic is not closed, i think dat it depends, if da parents like the boy/girl dat their child has chosen, then it's ok, but if u have a luv marriage against yur parents' wish, then it cant b successful, i no dat, although i'm not married, but i have seen mostly arranged marriages have succeeded though 😃

No Shirley you are mistaken about love marriages not working . I had a love marriage and most of my friends did too . The "working " of a marriage has nothing to do with love or arranged . Once you are married it all boils down to the same things - adjustment , understanding , trust etc !! Either marriages can fail if these things don't exist .
