Which is better film, Chandni or Lamhe

I like Devagaaram more....Chandini the character was good but I hate Rishi Kapoor's character so much I will go for Lamhe.

I didn’t particularly like either movie but both had great songs.

Rishi was a cowardly jerk who dumps Chandni when things are bad and wants her back when things are good. Lamhe was problematic to me because Anil was in love with the mother and then caves in to marry the daughter.

Lamhe for me.

I didn’t like the premise - Anil having the hots for mom, and then ending up with the daughter. But I loved the first half.

I liked Lamhe than Chandni

Both are regressive CRAP and remembered only for stellar cast, music and foreign locations.

Still Chandni is better than borderline incestuous and pedophilic Lamhe.

Disgusting concept to show child in love with her much older benefactor and man loving daughter coz she looks like her mom who he had hots for. Yuck.

Chandni has irritating character of Rishi's bitchy family and he is also spineless. I wish Sri had gone with Vinod than Rishi in that one.

Lamhe was such fcuked up movie. Idk how they managed to romanctize such a creeepy story , it was disturbing to see a man romance both a mother and daughter . Eww

Imagine you raise the baby girl and pay for her education and upbringing only to marry her later or avoid her as you cannot control yourself because she looks like her mom you had hots for? Yuck concept. Hero lusts after mom as a teen and lusts after daughter as a middle aged man. Puke. Maa nahi toh beti sahi. What a perverted concept!
