Do you also mind sharing which scripting method you used ? Does it even matter ?

OP , thank you for this thread . Came at the right time for me..maybe a sign from the universe ?

Of course! It actually doesn’t matter. Some people do the 3-6-9 method. That is too overwhelming for me. I script once a week, usually on Sundays since it helps me set the tone for the rest of the week. For me, mindset is key. I light candles, put on meditation music and just sit with myself for 10-15 minutes to center myself and ask what I want the upcoming week to accomplish. Then I write as if those things have already happened. I have a journal I keep for my scripting. Once that thing or event happens, I go back and cross it off. I find this step both cathartic and inspiring.

I was thinking whether I should share my psychedelic experiences because it’s really out there and is not for everyone. I don’t recommend dmt. I recommend ayahuasca, mushrooms and mdma but it needs to be done in a therapeutic setting.

i did ayahuasca and it wasn’t easy, can’t even explain what I saw but it changed me and showed me things about my past that I’d have never known. My ancestral trauma. My parents grand parents past their trauma and how it’s connected to mine as my intention was healing, it was going to the root of it and where it originates from.

Theres also a documentary on Netflix it’s called

un-well. The 5th episode is about ayahuasca. There’s a woman who couldn’t walk and after few ceremonies she starts walking. Doctors tell her it’s impossible but ofc it wasn’t. It was all the trauma she was carrying with her which manifested in different parts of her body. During traumatic experience certain muscles contract and they hold on to it for self protection those become blockages.

All of this gets very deep without us realizing it meaning they not only work on the level of the mind but now it’s on the level of energy. The life energy itself gets stuck and it goes beyond emotions. Normally we’ve access to thoughts and emotions but not aware of our energies.

so ayahuasca helps in releasing all of that but it’s not gonna be pretty. It’s very important to follow the diet, have the right intentions, do it with the right people with actual shamans not fake ones.

if possible do it in colombia or peru

mushrooms and mdma you can do on your own with low dosages. With them also you need to follow the diet and have the right intentions. Set and setting is important. Have a sitter.

Meditate for a few days before your ceremony. It’s important to not freak out as you might think you’re losing your mind but if you can be aware and see it as a movie also know you’re in charge so you can stop it for eg i was communicating with the plant and my first intention was to heal me completely which required a lot of energy. It was literally trying to push something out of me which I thought might break something (mentally) so I asked her to only heal me as much my body mind can handle and then the whole experience changed and it was much smoother.

Shamans are also there to help. Rápe also helped its kind of a smoke they give you during the ceremony. There are other things also

the energy of the group also matters and that’s why they keep clearing the space so negative energies stay out. It opens up a door to other dimensions i started seeing other peoples aura and my heart opened up its the 4th chakra and I became so compassionate towards everyone but at the same time I could see my old self fighting and insisting to be the same as it was too much change and the whole system was fighting it.

I could also sense some spirit. The spirit would communicate more clearly during my dreams. I was kinda freaked out about the aliens as I could sense their presence too and all of this was on a very intuitive level. This could easily go very wrong so be very careful.

after a few weeks they disappeared and then I read other reports and for the most people it lasts 2-3 weeks.

but you can do multiple ceremonies and see where it takes you depending on your goal.

for eg you won’t be able to heal your ancestral trauma in one ceremony might not even happen after 10 but maybe your childhood trauma is healed and that’s enough? Depends on you.

i forgot to mention joe dispenza his meditations are also really good.

Atonomis mentioned about influencing others interfering with their free will, all that can be done through occult practices that’s what they call black magic that’s not law of attraction, it’s much deeper and is not easy to attain which is good because you’ll get shakti and use it for your own good and harm others but remember there are always consequences to it. On the surface it might look like you’ve succeeded but in the long run you’ve fuked up as you’ll be born again and again till you burn out your karma.

everything is recorded in your psyche. The imprint of it, the impressions all of it you carry on. Only the body changes but everything else pretty much remains the same till you see through it and heal that part and go beyond it. It’s like you’re a child then you get to adolescence then adulthood then old age then death. You’ve to go through all of it, you can’t skip your childhood and jump straight to adulthood 😂

That’s why sages have developed different methods on how to wake up, how to burn the karma and not create more karma because it’s a never ending cycle. Abhimamyu chakravyu mein pass gays hai tu 😂

that’s why I like oshos dynamic meditation as it’s not just meditation with eyes closed he also addresses the energies we’ve suppressed and gives us an outlet.

If your sex chakra is closed how are you gonna go beyond it? First it needs to be opened you need to experience it then you need to see the meaningless ness of it, you need to see it’s not fulfilling you then finally you transcend it now the chakra is healed and the energy can move up.

and it goes for each chakra till you get to the 7 where you get moksha

remembering past lives also helps as it shows you you’ve been doing the same thing over and over again so it’s pointless to do the same again but that’s not easy either for that too a lot of spiritual maturity is required but even in this life when looking back i see so many patterns some are long patterns like a thing happening every decade some are short like on daily basis.

I know all of this is out there 😂 but I thought to bring it to your attention anyway.

i also liked oshos commentary on bhagvat geeta thats like meditation in itself and made me realize a few things.

Thank you for your sage advice, as always. I would never do DMT. It’s a schedule I so it’s illegal here and carries severe charges if caught, especially in my field. But I’ve been intrigued by ayahuasca for a long time, sadly haven’t had the opportunity to go to a retreat, yet. Do you know of any in the US where it would be safe for a single woman to go alone? Also, you mentioned coming face to face with your ancestral trauma while on ayahuasca. I have read that having a charged moldavite near you and focusing on it when you meditate has a similar impact. Would you suggest moldavite? I have slept with my lapis lazuli ring accidentally on several occasions and I always woke up with the most surreal, lucid dreams. It felt like I was being told something by a higher power. I’m not sure I am ready to face unhealed trauma, yet but I would like to meet my higher self, eventually. Also, when do you know you are actually ready for this? I have been on this path and getting better slowly since 2015 but I’m not sure I’m completely ready, yet. How did you know?

I want to try this this, how does it work? do you just do it once a week or you keep repeating it till it happens? There is something I really really want but its not working out. I have tried everything, I'm a very positive person but sometime its soo hard to maintain a positive outlook when things keep going wrong .

There is something I have been manifesting since the beginning of this year but I haven’t gotten it, yet. But deep within my soul, I know it’s mine and I know it’s coming which I why I don’t worry about it. You have to have patience and forget about it after you script it. Staying positive is a great start but letting go is essential. I know it’s easier said than done which is why you gotta start off small. Try to manifest small things first, things that are not high stakes, something that would make you happy if you got it but it wouldn’t be a big deal if you didn’t. Once you start becoming successful at these small manifestations, you will feel empowered and hopeful. That hope will give you drive to manifest things and events that are higher stakes.

thank you I’ll try this. Also I’m into burning sage when I’m too down and negative do you think I can add it into the routine with candles?
