They even had tagline calling it Aamsutra. They wanted it to be equated to Kaamsutra.

I hardly see any ads now, but I remember when Katrina’s Slice ad was fairly popular, people used to comment at that time that it looked more of a Kamasutra ad 😆

I remember when I saw bang bang in theaters, and there's a scene where she is trying to seduce Hrithik or something, and someone shouted, isse zyaada chemistry toh aam ke saath hai 😆

There is an ad nowadays where Bebo is kissing a wall and I wonder WTF is there to kiss in a wall?

What do makers want to convey? That the paint or tile or distemper will make walls so smooth or sexy that Kareena types will also kiss those walls?

I guess due to media and internet (p0rn etc) public is getting more into it

the money hungry media is just cashing on public's greed (AS USUAL)

I was seeing Kareena's earlier ad for Dulux paints from 2007 where she just dances and room changes colours.

Contrast it to rubbing wall with hands and kissing wall in Berger paints ad now in 2022.

The needless sexualisation is evident.

Making anything sensual attracts attention. It's s marketing gimmick. It makes ppl notice the brand name.

Though logically these ads r stupid because no one kisses wall n tiles.
