Not even Jo's 1000 manipulations could make ASR think that Imlie had cheated on Him with Madhav. Instead, he accused Madhav of taking advantage of Imlie.

Malini's one single Manipulation was enough to make AKT accuse Imlie of cheating on Him with Aryan. He could've questioned Aryan on taking advantage of Imlie, but instead he chose to accuse Imlie.

Not even a Single Person in the Office laughed at Imlie for Supposedly being a Survivor of Assault when Aryan had come with the Police. She was Not made a "Laughing Stock" at all - why would anybody laugh at an Assault Survivor.

Whereas, after that Obituary, every Single Person in the Office openly gossiped that "Oh, I had my doubts when She offered Aarti to Aryan Sir. Maybe She did cheat on Aditya Sir." THAT was when She was made the Laughing Stock of the Office.

Even AKT's Entire Family (including Radha & Aparna) reiterated that He shouldn't have written what He wrote. Radha said that Imlie should forgive Him - which indicates that She understood that Adi had made a Mistake. Aparna literally asked Adi to Not go to the Office as He had "done His Work for the day".

ASR's Assumptions made Him Fight against the Injustice that he thought had been meted out to Imlie, firmly standing by Her Side.

AKT's Assumptions made Him Fight against Imlie, choosing to Leave Her Side and isolating Her.

One would have to be intentionally blind to Not recognise the Difference.

Miscarriage Track was Wrong even if Aryan's insecurities related to Death were brought in as an excuse. That is the Whole Point. It was a Nightmare to watch even with Aryan. It would have been Nothing less than a Horror Show had it been AKT.

And about Imlie being the Worst FL :

No doubt that She is No Devi. She makes blunders of the highest range at times.

But it requires a special stone heart with absolutely zero empathy to Not be able to consider the Circumstances in which She grew up - hearing 'Illegitimate' every single day, Conditioned to believe that it is One Single Marriage for a Life Time (heck, even Meethi Amma waited Years to marry Satyakaam Dadda due to archaic belief system), being thrust into a Forced Marriage at Gun Point in late teenage.

Judging Her is frankly the easier task, and trying to understand why she did what she did itself is exhausting. A lot of Grown Ups in Her Position would have turned Bitter and Resentful or would have given up Fighting - AKT Himself was ready to Die at the Hands of the Villagers. Imlie chose to Fight in whatever Idiotic way She knew, every single time. She was resilient to the verge of fracture most of the time (yeah, shouldn't have been!), yet She wasn't resentful and did Not intend for any bad to befall anybody.

Sympathy and sensitivity for Malini .. her crime list no need to tell.. everyone agrees on that.

Sympathy and sensitivity for Aryan... his crime list.. destroying one man's life, blackmailing a girl to get married to him, sending his wife out of the house who has just had miscarried and never looking back, agreeing for bigamy

Sympathy and sensitivity for Imlie.. her crime list.. makes decisions for everyone, her meera delusion.. malini did jaap

BUT but But

NO Sympathy and sensitivity for Aditya Kumar Tripathi... his crime list.. bigamy ( BTW he never asked Imlie to be Dai to Malini’s kid it was her own decision).. doubting his wife when she was already showing all symptoms of moving away from him and yeah that famous newspaper thing..

One has to put all blinders on to not see the difference in crimes and reactions

Akt ke reasons to kabhi samaghne ki koshish nahin ki.. kabhi uske trauma ko recognize tak nahin kiya..

I fail to understand this selective empathy, sympathy, sensitivity, reasoning...

Either these rules apply to everyone or no one..
