As if basit knew when he will come to see his mom the next morning she would be dead there wasn't a simple solution to this complicated matter between mother and son. Sadia pleaded guilty, she was guilty, she never blamed basit so why should Ayesha blame him

But the point is that she actually blames him. She is not just attacking for nothing. She thinks what he did was wrong and wants him to not be able to escape that 'fact'.

Ayesha is not Sadia or Fahad. She is his wife, not his mother nor his childhood best friend. She has come into his life only a short while ago and has formed her impressions based on what she has seen. Also she we know is the one among her sisters who loves her mother the most. Despite the sample piece Qudsiya is, Ayesha loves her and keeps forgiving her for all her horrid actions. So for her, it is natural to not understand Basit's behaviour towards his mother.

Not saying her behaviour is right. But it is natural and logical.

Just like Ayesha speaks her mind but in the end always looks up to Bano for the final confirmation. When Qudsia says to Ayesha that she didn't have to give away private details of Basit, Bano doesn't like to openly confirm Qudsia's words but does nod and Ayesha knows enough.

Basit did say Fahad that he alone understands him because boy is hurt that Ayesha is thinking he is some kind of heartless insensitive uncaring person. That thing Ayesha told him when they came in to take the coffin away really pained him.

And so true about Bano's value in Ayesha's life...when the marriage proposal came, Bano told Ayesha you don't have to explain anything to me, I already know everything. That is the level of understanding the two share....very similar to Fahad and Basit...are we still not getting Jane/Elizabeth and Bingley/Darcy vibes?!!!

Ayesha wore the dupatta the day the sky fell on her head.. 😆the day Basit announced to his mom that he had already married Ayesha.

Yesss....he is more demonstrative for sure about his missing Kareem than he is with Ayesha. With Kareem, he scolded his mum, did not finish his morning cuppa and left in a huff. With Ayesha going away, all he did was roam around the house looking like a lost puppy.
