"But please listen out to me just once!! Please give me my visa I have a flight to catch urgently!"
"I think I have made myself clear 15 minutes and you are not getting your visa as we are not allowed to give visas to people like you who don't have their partner along. !!"
The young man who was arguing with the dangerous-looking man standing in front of him sighed in defeat. The dangerous man was glaring at him with so much anger that made him gulp down his saliva he just gripped his backpack and trolley and marched towards the waiting area trying to call his idiot brother Dev who had filled his application for Visa on his behalf it was frustrating that just because he was born in Hungary but brought up in India doesn't mean that he will be restricted from traveling without any Visa confirmation also they had confiscated his passport I mean that was very very much frustrating!
Someone cleared her throat and Shiva twisted his neck to look at the intruder. There stood a girl maybe of his age looking very eagerly at him?
R: Are you Shiva Pandya ??
S: Yes I am but how do you know me I mean who are you ??
R: I'm Raavi Seth. I'm a lawyer by profession. Are you the one who was creating a big fuss over the reception area over there (She pointed at the place where he was standing just minutes ago)
S: Look Miss I was not creating a fuss it's simple I want my visa as well as my passport but they are not giving it to me
R: But why were you troubling them like this do you think that they'll help you if you keep on nagging them like this ??
S: Why not ?? I want to catch an urgent flight to Germany
R: Then you tell me why are they not giving you the visa as well as passport ?? Maybe you have not filled the form correctly or Maybe you have some bad police record?
S: Woah Woah calm down Miss well actually my brother had filled the form on my behalf as I was not well at that time thanx to the virtual signature but I don't have any bad police record for sure
R: But still your brother might have made the mistakein of filling some important detail
S: Actually someone had told him that in some special cases get a passport and visa immediately. So my brother had actually written that I am (whisper yelled) GAY !
R:You are what?
S:I'm Gay!!
Silence prevailed as Raavi tried to process the information. So this guy, this good-looking, almost sexy guy is actually GAY? she was finding it hard to believe!!
Shiva saw the mixture of emotions surf through Raavi's face, and he could bet what she was thinking, So he knew he had to clarify before his 'Izzat' goes into the garbage.
S: My brother Dev had this brilliant idea actually... He had told me that if I appear to them as gay, they might give me my visa and passport quickly. So,only and only for this reason, I had faked it in front of them that I'm Gay. But now they have new rules that the gay partner should also be present. I mean for f*ck's sake my brother had filled a 60 year old man as my partner who's already dead. Now from where should I bring him? That's what I was trying to explain to them but they are just not ready to listen!!
Raavi again went into her deep thoughts, actually not believing his words. Was it really true that such a good-looking man, who was standing in front of her, is GAY??
R(shocked): Are you really Gay ?
S(offended): What? Of course not!! Didn't you hear me properly? I said I had to "FAKE" it that I'm Gay so that I'll get the visa and passport.
R: Ohh. no wonder they called me!
S: What? What do you mean?
R: Just like I thought how such a good-looking man can be Gay they might have thought the same I mean from which angle should people believe that you are Gay?
S(Smirked): Did you mean good-looking man as a compliment or (suddenly frowning) the latter part as an insult ??
Raavi's eyes popped out from her socket as her mouth opened and closed like a fish. Was this man for real? Here, she was actually going against her character of complimenting a stranger, and this guy was accusing her if insulting him?
R: Of course not!! Ohh please it was a compliment for God's sake!! See, this is the problem with you guys. Do you have a problem with my compliment too? And the insult that you were talking about, was also an indirect compliment. You really are a good-looking handsome man! Didn't know Men get offended too for receiving compliments! (Whispering to herself)If only you are decent enough to handle a compliment that is
Shiva did hear her last sentence and knew she sounded genuine. Which led to him keeping quiet and a blush appeared on his cheeks. But he quickly hid it by clearing his throat.
S: Umm if that's the case then ‘Thank you' for the compliment!
Raavi smiled cheekily her eyes twinkled with mischief for a second but she also hid it by turning around as if trying to look at the departure board. Even she had a flight to catch.
S: But why were you called?
R: So that I can knock some sense in your head and tell you to not trouble them like this but seems like the case is totally different you should thank them that they called me instead of the cops !!
S: Thank you! So what should we do? Can you help me? I really need to fly to Germany in the next 4 hours or I'm done.
R: Yes you have no other option other than taking my help well for that I will surely charge some fee
mind you (showing her index finger at him as if warning him)
S: Ok Fine now please think of a way out
R: Hmm since they are not believing your Gay story, let's make up something else
S: Something else? As in ??
R: Ahh as in, we need to wipe out your gay image permanently and for that, all you have to do is kiss me
Shiva's eyes popped out she said it so calmly as if she didn't care about the kiss
S: Excuse me? I need to kiss you ?? Why? And you are saying it so casually are you willing to get kissed that desperately?
Raavi glared at him angrily and stomped her right foot on his left one as he was about to scream she shut his mouth with her palm and her other hand holding his head his soft luscious hair was so tempting her to stroke and feel them but she restrained herself from doing so.
R: Just because I'm telling you to kiss me that doesn't me that I'm that despo to get kissed Okay? I'm already committed to someone(flashing her engagement ring to him)
Shiva managed to come out of her hold and inspected his foot unfortunately today he was wearing slippers instead of his sneakers and damn! it pained a lot to take the blow like that.
S: Don't mess with me!! If you are already committed to someone why are you okay with kissing me??
R: I want to help nothing else and by the way for kissing me your gonna pay me more so get that straight into your head.
Shiva huffed in annoyance and again sat on the chair inspecting his foot more closely. Leave rolled her eyes at him and started thinking of a plan. Even though she had come up with the money thing, just as an excuse to earn extra cash, she knew she was going to regret it later. Suddenly something clicked in her mind and she smirked at her plan.
R: Perfect! Chalo!!
She got hold of his arm and pulled him up she couldn't help but notice how hard his muscles felt under her small fingers. She quickly brushed away her thoughts and dragged him to the same dangerous security officials who had warned Shiva to get out asap. Shiva gulped and stood behind Raavi but she didn't seem to notice it as she started searching for her sister to whom she had called for some help and had explained her plan. Her sister Alice appeared in front of them with a huge smirk on her face. Raavi very well knew it was a teasing smirk but she ignored it.
S:Tujhe pata hai na kya karna hai ?
A:Yeah par tujhe pata hai main jyaada excited kiss cheez ke liye hun ?
Raavi upped her eyebrows asking "What"?
A:Teri 1st kiss ke liye!!
She giggled, and Raavi's heart skipped a beat in realization!!
She quickly turned towards Shiva to see if he had heard anything or not she hoped he hadn't heard anything. But unfortunately, to her bad luck, Shiva had heard every bit of it but he looked away and pretended vice versa as he didn't want to get more embarrassed. As it is, firstly wasn't it enough that he was going to lose his 2nd kiss to this unknown but beautiful stranger that now he will embarrass her like this? He was looking everywhere but her face and that's when his gaze traveled over her. Indeed the girl looked gorgeous in her plain bottle green silk saree with full sleeved high neck blouse the only part which was exposed was her petite waist but he didn't dare to look at it.
Suddenly she turned toward Shiva.
R:Okay Shiva we are going to fake that oh well leave it I'll only do the talking you just nod your head in response get it ??
S: Yes but before that, can I ask you what your sister has to do with this?
R:You'll come to know soon she's an Air hostess and she'll be helping us so don't worry !! At one point,I'll glare at you and then you take the cue and kiss me Okay ??
Shiva just nodded awkwardly. He could feel his face going warm again. God, this is going to be a disaster. He had a terrible experience when he had his first kiss, God only forbid what this Girl will think once she will kiss him. He sent a silent prayer to God to take him out of this situation as soon as possible.
Raavi smiled and turned to the dangerous man. He was actually very dangerous that for a moment she also felt frightened but she didn't let it show on her face. She just cleared her throat to gain his attention as he had again started to throw murderous glares toward Shiva. He turned towards her giving her a questioning look.
R: Hello Mr. Kanwar, I'm Raavi Seth. I was the one whom you had called.
K: Ohh hello Miss so is the matter solved? We don't have to give him the passport and visa right??
R:Oh no no Mr. That's why we are here the thing is Shiva is my fiance and you know at the time of filling the form we had a huge fight we almost were on the verge of break up but I didn't wanted to leave him so I tried to pamper him but he was so adamant to break all ties with me that he decided to leave the country itself and he filled in the detail that he's a Gay so that he can get rid of me such an adamant guy he is I tell you.
She tried to fake an eye roll and a laugh, but she could feel that this Kanwar guy was not buying it. So, to not delay the process any further, she turned towards Shiva and glared at him with her big kohled eyes. Shiva who was silently listening to her and pretending as if he was guilty took the cue and leaned forward and kissed her. Just like they had planned.
Raavi's eyes popped out from her sockets she was actually getting kissed! She was actually loosing her 1st kiss to a stranger !! Well, not any stranger but a handsome stranger.. Shiva.
Shiva had never ever touched a girl and now he was kissing one Wow . what a great transformation ! As he didn't know how to kiss he kept pecking her lips softly not giving her time to even breathe Raavi felt all the butterflies dancing in her stomach though it was not a proper kiss but the simple and innocent pecks on her lips by his soft yet rough lips were just not letting her think.
Kanwar and Alice were the only witnesses to their kiss as it was already midnight and all the officials had left. Leaving only the cleaning staff and the 4 people standing in the corner of the airport, watching the scene unfold in front of them, like a movie. While Alice was enjoying looking at the "COUPLE" kissing so much innocently that she was just restraining herself for not blowing a whistle for the most "Inexperienced but hot" Couple. Who were, by the way, were too busy trying to show there artificial affection towards each other.
But anyone looking at them would clearly feel that they were a couple who were very much in LOVE! And Kanwar was busy looking here and there, feeling all awkward. He wanted to stop their PDA as they were at a public place. But somehow looking at the excitement Alice was showing for them brought a smile to his lips and he stopped himself from stopping the kissing couple!!
Shivi were still "kissing" or we can say trying to kiss properly they didn't find it awkward that they were strangers and were kissing just to prove something which was very strange and weird but they felt good too but now that they had proved very much clearly they should stop there hearts were not ready to let go off each other's lips.
It was enough now and Kanwar just cleared his throat a bit loudly. This brought them out of their hot and intimate kiss. They broke the kiss immediately and first looked at each other and then quickly averted their gaze, their cheeks instantly heating up. Alice looked angrily at Kanwar, whereas Kanwar ignored the glare he was getting. What did she expect him to do? Join Alice and cheer for the kissing couple? He could have if they were not in the airport and had they been his brothers but that was certainly not the case and these people needed to know he was here for work and not to witness this heated steamy encounter.
K:I don't think there was any sudden need of showing your affection towards your fiance Mr. Pandya, Am I right ?? Especially kissing the girl you want to get rid of?? Clearly, you think I'm the Fool right?
Shiva blushed and looked at Raavi who was already looking at him trying to signal him something but after the kiss he couldn't meet that doe shaped hazel pair of eyes so he quickly averted his gaze again. Raavi sighed. This guy was totally weird.
Even you are her mind bubbled up Who would act sane when he/she had been kissed for the 1st time like that ? and thinking about the kiss she couldn't help but blush.
Kanwar cleared his throat once again as the couple were just not ready to come out of the aftermath of their "KISS"
K: Ms Seth can you please clear out what the problem "really" is ? I don't think that Mr Shiva is that childish that just to get rid of you he'll fill himself as Gay in the Visa form that's clearly not convincible you know!
Raavi sighed and looked at Shiva his eyebrows were scrunched in tension as the story which Raavi had made up was not convincing at all. Even he thought the same but maybe he thought that the Dangerous man Kanwar might believe it but no, the case was different.
Raavi couldn't see the tension on his face so she turned towards Kanwar angrily cupping her waist and glaring at him
S:So you don't find it convincing?
K:No not at all!
R:Okay do you have time ??
K(confused): What yes!! Why do you ask?
R: Okay then. I'll tell you our story and I guarantee you that you'll believe it.
K:Ok sounds good. tell your sister to wait too .
Raavi turned to look for Alice who was all ready to leave but stopped at his words.
R(angrily): Where do you think you are going ?
A(scared):To my home? I guess there's no need for me here
R: There is. You are going to be witness to us telling our story to this official so you have to wait !
A: What? But why me ? Maine kyaa paap kiye hain??
R(gritting her teeth): Shall I remind you of your little secret ?? No na?? So shut your mouth and be quite and stay with me it's your off tomorrow I know that!
Alice who was looking embarrassingly at Kanwar just nodded. Surely her secret was related to Kanwar and somehow he sensed it but kept quiet. Shiva cleared his throat to break the awkward silence that had spread over in the environment.
K: Okay, so what are we waiting for? Let's start the story Ms Raavi you see I'm all ears to hear your story.
And with that, he turned and walked towards the waiting lounge with all the 3 following
R:Bloody Sadu Huh listen Shiva your Germany flight is 3 hours late and mine also Virginia flight is 4 hours late so now we have to cook up some story
Shiva cursed Kanwar under his breath. What a terrible day it was for him firstly he had a fight with his Mom on the phone and then he got into fight with the taxi driver and since evening he's here at the airport trying to convince his case to these officials But these dumbos are not even ready to listen!
S:What to say?
A(excitedly): Mein kuch idea dun??
Both exclaimed: No thanks!! Alice just pouted but kept quiet.
R:We need to cook up our love story like how we met, how we fell in love with each other everything acha do one thing show me your wallet.
S:Oh God I'll pay you your fees don't worry about it, you crazy Woman!!
R: Shut up and give me. I'm not asking it to check your money you'll be having one pic of your Mom na ? I want to see that.
S:Ohh Ok here..
He checked whether all the money was there or not and once mades sure he handed it over to Raavi. She just rolled her eyes at his idiotic attempts. Did she look like a thief to him ? she just controlled her anger and opened his wallet only to have her eyes popping out.
WTF??
S:What ?
Oops did she say that loud she quickly returned his wallet back to him and gulped down the lump that had formed in her throat.
Next they settled down in the waiting lounge . Raavi was lost in her thoughts Shiva noticed this and slightly nudged her. She came back out of her thoughts and looked directly at Kanwar.
Oh, she knew, what to tell..
