This sequence is 100% related to Neil bhatt and his wife's shennanigans. No way that makers came up with this ALL on their own. NB and his wife do NOT care about the show, the plot and care only about themselves. But the fact that the makers and channel actually greenlight this CRAP is ridiculous. There is absolutely no way that makers did not think of Sai being the one to deliver the child. It would have been divine justice. They wrote the plot to enable exactly that- an emergency situation, inability to get to the hospital, Sai being able to fulfil her roles both as doctor and as the REAL mother. Yet instead of opting for the most palatable way of showing the success of an illegal surrogacy of a vile woman, they opted to give MORE cringe. There is absolutely NO way this is not because Neil and his wife wanted to get more screen space and "moments" together- of him soothing her, holding her hand, touching her, wiping her sweat, looking at her private parts. Thats why they have shown NO one else around as well. And as always just to whitewash this rubbish, they have used Sai. Since Sai herself tells Virat to perform the delivery and check for crowning or do whatever he is doing to help PP, its supposedly not cringe or unfair anymore. C'mon. The audience is NOT stupid. Virat "helping" PP has not been done with any good intention. It is NOT comparable to a good samaritan thing. It is NOT the same as a male GYN conducting delivery, it is NOT the same as a 3-idiots scene where the goal was to show how an innovative engineer used his skills and education to solve actual problems rather than just top an exam.
