Hi vijay

We are playing a team game and opened a private forum called team yudhi....

Now we want to remove the main creator because they got eliminated. Currently we can only remove other people other than the creator

There should be an option for the main creator to remove themselves too

If the forum remain inactive we can archive it. And then close it if there is no activity

Or if someone else volunteers to be the manager the we can keep it open

If its not much popular and active and no one is willing to act as manager, then in the absence of creator, locking and archiving the forum is the best option.

Locking, abandoning and archiving may be unfair on the rest of the members.

What I’d suggest is shifting the forum rights to the most active member on the forum and giving them the choice to accept or reject the position. This happens on WhatsApp when the admin decides to leave, someone is automatically chosen by the system from the group members.

Takes the headache off manually dealing with this issue and puts the onus on the members who have contributed the most to the forum :)

are there any specs for uploading thumbnail?? picture size, file size format etc??

Creators should be able to assign another mod before leaving the forum. Or the first manager of the forum can automatically become the next creator.
