I'm with (a). And remove the creator from the forum. It makes no sense to have them around if they leave like that.

Are we allowed to create a private forum if public forum related to that topic is already locked?

Show Forums are generally locked cause the show went off air, less activity, and also lack of moderators for inactive forums.

Say, a show has gone off air and its forum has been locked for sometime due to inactivity. But later, a handful of members want to discuss about the show. Then will a private forum be allowed for that purpose, or will the existing public forum be reopened?

First suggested by BilliCat, we will also be adding a Newsletter / Mailer feature that the Creator / Manager can send to their forum members for special announcements or invites.

Members can unsubscribe to these mailers if they dont want to receive them.

I am enjoying private forums feature. Is it possible for a creator to see who visited his/her private forum?

One thing I heard & noticed today that if we invite users to join forum by going to manage members list, they don't get notifications and won't see it unless they visit private forums. I think a red notification must be sent to the members if we invite them to join.

I could not invite 3 people to my private forum. When I wrote their names a message, 'no results found' was shown. Can this issue be resolved?
