Alcohol laws r not so strict in India. Rich kids under 18 drinks too.

He got trapped in drugs case because some political party was asking SRK for 60 crore which he didn't gave so "his family members were stalked to teach SRK a lesson"

It is 21 for drinks with less than 5% ABV. 25 and older for hard liquor. I know for a lot of people the law is the law. I personally see the legal drinking age as similar to speed limits. It is more of a guidance. Most people will break it. The end goal is fewer accidents and deaths.

India tends to have extreme laws about the drinking age that I don't agree with. I think they are taboo based rather than common sense based.

The legal age in Maharashtra to drink is 25 years old.

So you will be busted if you drink as it is the law.

Do people follow this, of course not but if you get caught you have to pay

But how dumb can you be, when you have a famous father and have already had a drug case recently.

Drink in another state or drink at home or even another country especially when you are so rich and can afford it

I thought you were joking. But it’s true. I went and checked. 😆 Light beer is allowed at 21 and other liquors at 25 in Maharashtra.
And the age criteria varies by states in India.

Having lived in dry state, I had no idea of all of this. I thought all states other than Gujarat has 21 years legal age for drinking. I feel so stupid. 🤣

Nobody cares in mumbai as long as you show an ID at the door that says your 18 and above. And once inside no body cares if your 18-21 or 25 when ordering drinks.

Literally went partying with my cousin's in April in mumbai and two of them were 18-19 no body caressss.
