Abhi comes aside and is about to take his tablets. Ak comes near him and power is gone. She kisses him on cheeks saying ILU and he reciprocates. Power comes and they all go for food. Abhi thinks if Ak saw his medicines she will get truth and first time she showed strength to stand for herself and i don't want to break it.
Abhi is avoiding telling his truth to Ak so that she won't back out from her competition or loses strength and spirit in performing thinking about Abhis health.
Ak is happy that she is taking steps forward towards her career and abhi is giving her support so her love is open to him.

Abhira are comfortable in their married life . They are finding solace with each other's presence. Abhis hand pain is not shown when he is staying with Ak. This is shown from the time he is in hospital and Ak gave him red roses. Today he twirled her but he is not shown any symptoms.
Ak is solution to his problems like he wished in Ichakund. With her lots of love, care and attention, music therapy abhi might be healed soon.
As Abhi is shown a busy doctor and can't concentrate more on his wife, in this track they made him sick and showed his strength to support Ak in building her career. Even if his career is at risk he will not be insecure or jealous on her but extend his support and unconditional love to ak. The much awaited physical intimacy too plays a part in healing him as he will be mentally disturbed for his career.
Ak side of support ,care and concern will be coming after she knows truth.
ABHI as AK GUIDE

Ak in her room is checking her dresses and thinks she has not done practice today. She sings Piyaa tosee nayna lage re and Abhi comes after her. He says your voice is very sweet and after dinner you sing everyday so that it's a desert. Ak asks is he joking.
He twirled her around with his right hand(no hand pain) and says you can't digest good words. He selects her pink dress and earrings. He tells her not to worry and take tension. Ak says she is not prepared but gives an audition.
Abhi says no need to stress , have deep breathing there. Abhi says i follow it in my profession too, i was very scared on my first surgery. Ak asks how did you handle it.
He says i motivated myself how I worked hard to come to this stage and how mom has expectations on me. You too can come over that weak moment and get through it. Ak thanks him for motivating her. Abhi says my Jaan, none will stop you from becoming a star. She sees a letter and gives to abhi .
Abhi is chosing her outfits , jewellery and guiding her to be strong giving his experience as example to her. Less confident Ak is getting motivated with his love and strength.

Ar sees video of Ak celebration in Birlas and fumes.
Ar is roaming around her room waiting for Rudr message. She remembers Rudr dialogues to join their hospital and Rudr instigating on Abhi . Ar thinks you backed away after Abhis words. Your father is in higher post so he can cancel my license too.
Ar gets a message from Rudr to meet. And she jumps in happiness. She sees a mirror and shadow of herself but remembered all scenes where Ak, abhi and Neil made her get out of hospital. She says to herself that you spoiled my career and you want to make your career.
Swarna comes to room with food. Ar tells swarna to leave her alone. Kv comes why you show attitude in anger. Kv says everyone love and support you. Ar says you love ladli Ak more. Kv asks her not to compare as they both are different personalities. Ar says ak could have kept quiet so that my career could have been normal. Wherever Ak is there , i will get this treatment always. And i am shown wrong and given punishment but for Ak mistakes everyone excuses her easily. Ar cries and goes away.
Ar is emotionally blackmailing Goenkas and manipulating them for her hardwork instead of realising her mistakes . The mirror shown is to see her mistakes but she is doing herself self victimised person by blaming Abhira responsible for her career damage. Abhira and Neil are her targets for revenge as they triggered her Insecurities.
Goenkas failed badly like always in correcting mistakes of Ar. Her total upbringing is gone toss with this psycho child who roams like a nagin at GV with free pass.
In her anger , ego and attitude she is unable to see who are her genuine people so falling for false people in life against her own family who always gave her love and support. This is same like her decision on MD fiasco paying 40 lakhs blindly to a stranger against warnings of Ak.
To achieve success abhira are using hardwork honesty and standing for truth . Whereas Ar wants success in short cut . Example her web for abhi to climb her success in career , and attaining MD with money instead of talent.
Though she is hard working her ego, attitude, stubbornness, jealousy on ak and proving herself as best and number 1 , negligent behaviour towards patients and no compassion on patients proves her a big failure. Unless she changes her behaviour she is not a good doctor not human being even if cvs whitewash and keep her as specimen piece in story.
1. With Rudr fiasco , ar will fall into trap of him easily may fall prey. Neil or Ak will know about this and may help her out. Rudr is kept as bait for Ar so that Ar is redeemed against her nonsense . She is cvs favourite child and excused by leads and redeemed with tonnes of Birla cement.
2. Need to wait what all will Rudr do to Ar either molest case or Rudr trap on ak through Ar to take revenge on Abhi or Rudr faking love to Ar and used her for timepass. Till Ar loses something her eyes won't open. There by realising what Ak is and how she loves her after she saves her. She already lost her license and career . Left over ijjat will be gone with trusting an outsider Rudr.
3. Rudr case can be an eye opener to Ar when Rudr himself confesses that he riled Ar on abhi by lying to her. And she is an idiot to believe outsider against ghar ki behn and good jijaji who saved her ijjat in hospital. That way Ar will repent what she has done and may get redeemed with Birlas cement. (Possibility only) because even if she redeemed again in 10 days she starts showing her claws holding jealousy for ak.
Till now Ak have her shoulder and supported her deeds .As of now none is with her so she trusts outsider easily.
There is no mukti from Ar till end. We are fed up of her kachra , khaands and nonsense. None should have a sister like Ar. It's a curse in previous life to have a sister like Ar.
TAUJI and BIRLAS

Tauji is God Father to Abhi from fire accident and hand injury track . He gets a message from Neurologist that he wants to meet Abhi personally. So he thinks something serious. If i tell abhi now, he will be in panick so let me tell next morning.
Tauji is searching for papers in tension and calls mahima. Neil too joins them but they can't find . Manjari sees them asks Neil ,why is bhaisaab tense . Neil says that there is an audit and we are unable to handle hospital like Harsh sir. Abhi sees this and goes away.
Abhi tears recommendation letter which Tauji asks to sign Abhi for Harsh.
Manjari remembered Neil's words . Abhi goes to her and says i want to take a decision so wants to consult you. Abhi speaks to manjari and hugs her and ak is shown listening to them giving a nod.
Tauji is getting ready for audit and Neil asks for Abhis surgeries. He says you take care of administration and i will think of surgeries. Neil thinks something is there and he is avoiding it. Abhi comes and says tauji that Mr. Harsh vardhan Birla has to be CEO again.I want to reduce your, Neil's pressure by doing this. I spoke to maa and she will give letter. I want to keep personal and professional different.
Manjari says i will give letter to management and hospital , patients should not suffer due to our relationship. Tauji thanks manjari as he will be relieved if Harsh comes back . Neil praises Abhi and maa saying you are thinking good of that man who gave you pain till now. Manjari says if someone wishes bad of some one, they only get that back.
Manjari tells abhi to take care and support Ak.

Ak comes from stairs and whistles to abhi.abhi is shown with ak guitar. Ak says you are a hero. You have heart of gold to what you have done. She was referring to appoint Harsh back as CEO. Abhi says my heart beats only for you and sings . If you get panic attack there ,think of your struggle and hardwork till now. Hold that one weak moment and fulfil your dreams. Ak says i will think you can do it akshu.
Abhi gives Ak vibhuti of shivji saying keep it with you it's mahadeva blessings. Ak asks him why he is not having surgeries. He says only surgery today is ak audition. He says we will go on drive after audition and ak is happy going with him.
Tauji calls abhi to come to hospital as Neurologist from Delhi has come to see him and it's urgent. That doctor wants to examine your hand and he too is tense like me. Tauji asks him to come immediately. Abhi is still on ak audition saying she will manage it there. She asks him to go to hospital orelse she won't go for audition. Abhi hugs her seeing his hand.
Abhi is not caring his hand injury from start. He neglected it as small injury. Tauji referred MRI first but he is not ready. Later Rohan asked him to do test but he said he is a senior he knows his pain. Later when he remembers it as heavy weight fell on bench , he went on his own to MRI test. He is still hoping medicines will recover his pain. He is not serious though worried of his hand and nerve damage and after affects. When truth is known he will be having heart break and emotional ride with the result of report and consequences of his injury. Till now he is keeping quiet and tauji is maintaining it as professional secret to hold abhis career . Once it's known to family Blame game starts from Harsh first.
When Harsh wanted a letter and statement from manjari so that management retains him as CEO, abhi and ak both pulled manjari away as she has to show self respect. When their personal relationship is broken , abhi has forgiven Harsh and made manjari give the required letter so that his career and hospital are safe. Mostly he wants to free tauji from burden of holding all issues alone .With his hand injury he is unable to do his duties and Neil is still in-experienced in work. Harsh will be back taking hospital and handling all issues happily as he is the only eligible person to that post.
Abhis truth will affect all in family emotionally as he is pride of Birlas and Birla hospital.
Abhi will leave hospital on his own next and will be in healing process.
Harsh may bring Ar back to hospital like he did it before too.
Manjaris diaLogues aaj tak kisi ka bura chahke kisiko Bala hua kya will be for Ar. She will get her karma back as she wants to destroy Ak career.
Neil did not acknowledge Harsh as papa. Harsh Neil equation is still same with him as not accepted by Harsh. This will be done next once Harsh comes home back for abhi , knowing his hand injury.
Harsh may get redemption for his both sons at a time . Showing his love and care to abhi and accepting Neil. There by both sons accepting him as sir to papa.
Abhi has cried in hospital hugging Harsh when he can't treat Manjari on death bed blaming himself as useless doctor and son. And Harsh consoled him saying that he is good son and doctor. So an emotional turmoil with baap beta comes once Harsh comes to hold abhis truth. Abhis love for his father is deep buried under his hatred towards manjaris husband. As husband is thrown by manjari, father son bond will arise next.
Manjari removed her mangalsutra and sindoor showing herself as free woman chosing herself against her hubby.
Manjari is happy with family , kids and encouraging Ak guiding abhi.
Power is gone after cake cutting celebration and abhira are shown kissing each other and power coming back indicates amidst of the dark situations their love will be intact.
Abhi holding guitar shows he will hold it for sometime next for his healing therapy joined by ak.
Abhi giving Mahadev's blessings is positive for ak . They changed positive hands for success now .
Abhiras chemistry and love instensity is increasing day by day with their physical intimacy .

The same song is sung by manjari on Abhis birthday after ak gave her strength to sing on stage making abhi happy though Harsh scolded her later.
On engagement of abhira ak sang Piya tose song along with Anupama as manjari is in hospital then.
Ak sang Piya tose on manjari Harsh anniversary and it backfired that day as it's wrong day and timing as Harsh is never happy in his married life with manjari.
