I think Mahima thinks that if the music department is restarted then Abhi will be fully occupied with either his patients or with ab Akshu kya karegi and do dola re dola around Akshu all day. Therefore he won't have time to be CEO.
Then they can suggest Parth as CEO and Abhi in his dola re dola moods will say yes yes as I am too busy to be CEO let Parth handle it.
Although, if anyone from the 3 brothers should should be CEO it has to be Abhi. Why? He has the most experience of how Birla Hospital works because he actually has spent a lot of his time there.
