I hope he is not against her joining the Birlas back this time - he may be aware of some of the tactics Mahi-ma will use to secure Parth’s position so he may not be in favor of Ak joining the music department at the moment.

If Ak joined Birla Hospital back then again they are on opposing ends of this issue too.

I agree I don't want her to accept either. Bit since the PH doesn't want another set then she will somehow later accept it. Maybe the board memeber who saw Akshu makes the request?

I personally feel Mahima is re-opening the Music Therapy Department to get Parth into Birla Hospital. Parth was willing to work at the charity hospital with Akshu in music therapy. So if Akshu comes back to Birla Hospital then Parth will come as well with both working in the music therapy department. Mahima can then position Parth into the CEO seat.
