How could Pratha stay alive after she was hanged?

I know Naagin is a fictional show. Still I think it's too much! Nobody can stay alive after he/she is hanged. You can share your opinions.

Inspector said body exchange. They haven't done justice to single plot so far in entire naagin 6. We are yet to figure out how and why jwala and inspector saved pratha. We will never know since none of the plot makes sense. Never said why seema wanted to ruin India with pandemic. So doubt we will get any justification here.

May be Shivji nai chahte the pratha mare karke..

Pratha has shivji ka blessing. He won't set her free this soon. After all she gave up his boon/blessing to be SSSN. He will torture us and Pratha before she can be set free from this world.😆😆

Lol IKR. Isn't it standard procedure for the superintendent or medical officer to check the pulse of the convict after they've been hanged. Then the time of death is notified and the whole formal shebang follows. Yahan par random policeman enters the execution proceeding, he gets under the trapdoor and changes bodies. Bhyi Waah! Kya mast chill prison hai 😆
