The point is it's not newsworthy. everyone's heart rate goes up and down throughout the day depending on their activity level.

especially if there's someone hot sitting next to me and walking me through stuff, then you can bet that my heart rate has stayed up the whole day and will need some downtime tonight. Too bad I'm not Deepika to shatter the earth with my palpitations.
