it does help. Some people exercise. I used to watch some shows like in background literally. Whatever works works 😆

exercise helps too just don't weigh yourself constantly 🤣

true true. I think thats the difference - are u exercising for just weight loss or as part of good lifestyle. Latter has less to no pressure 😆😆 u as in not you -you but kn general anyone 😊😆

both really and additional muscle gain 🤣 plus the energy boost is nice 👍🏼
