it does help. Some people exercise. I used to watch some shows like in background literally. Whatever works works ๐Ÿ˜†

true true. I think thats the difference - are u exercising for just weight loss or as part of good lifestyle. Latter has less to no pressure ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜† u as in not you -you but kn general anyone ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜†

both really and additional muscle gain ๐Ÿคฃ plus the energy boost is nice ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
