No. Bcoz of the following reasons

1. era of superstardom is over. No one can sustain themselves long enough or hv a long enough hit-streak to be considered one.

2. He has been around for a while.. Everyone has 2-3 good movies in their kitty and everyone has their break throughs. That is not enough to call them superstars. Even kangana wasnt that big of a star after queen/twmr as her fans claim her to be..

3. Superstardom is amalgamation of a lot things like big budget projects, fan following, brand endorsements etc etc which i dont think kartik has. This is the reason ppl like aishwarya rai , deepika padukone were superstars even before their acting breakthroughs
