Just rewatched it. Still dislike the 1st part. Cheesy and zabardasti ka love story. Like the 2nd part. The movie changes so fast it feels like watching 2 diff films pre and post interval. But a good watch overall.

Aamir and Kajol were so good together. ❤️❤️ Especially in the second half. Wish they would work together again. 😳

I feel like this movie is not as well-liked now as it was when it debuted but I've always loved it, both halves. I actually preferred the first half since it featured Kirron Kher who is gone by the second.

However, I still think Rani should have won the Filmfare for KANK that year instead of Kajol for this. It seems like Filmfare was still on the Black bandwagon and felt another blind performance ought to win.
